Vietnam currently has more than 4,400 orphans due to Covid-19, and in society, there are still hundreds of thousands of children suffering from orphanhood, misfortune, and homelessness. Those are the great motivations for the Vietnamese Family Home project team to exert their best efforts in the journey of fulfilling social responsibility to the community, taking the humanitarian vehicle of Hoa Sen Group to all regions of the Fatherland for the dream of going to school for young children.

The Vietnamese Family Home program crew will continue to travel across all roads to find, listen to, and understand the stories of circumstances affected after the pandemic. Those could be the lives of parents or relatives they unfortunately lost due to Covid-19, or students who are orphans but have the willpower to overcome difficulties - living proofs of rising above adversity to strive in their studies and endeavor and become useful people for society.

Implementation Process - Scope

The Vietnamese Family Home program strives to take care of the spiritual life of more than 2,000 children in special circumstances at shelters, open houses, reform schools… nationwide. In addition, the program creates a beneficial playground so that children have the opportunity to express their talents and exchange/learn with peers in the same situation. Here, the children will have the conditions to participate in traditional physical games such as: mandarin square capturing, sack race, bamboo pole dancing… along with fun singing and dancing performances.

Along with the guidance of artist Quyen Linh, Vietnamese Family Home also features the presence of 2 special guests who are both famous artists and change with each broadcast episode.

In the television version, each episode will have 3 families and 2 guests; they will participate in physical games together. After 2 rounds of competition, the team with the lowest time will enter the 3rd round and finally withdraw the prize money. The family with the lowest total completion time across two rounds will enter the logo withdrawal round.

Two timed rounds: The timed round consists of two challenges (round 1 and round 2). The challenges in the program will change with each broadcast episode. Previously, the two guests will have to perform a side challenge for the opportunity to receive priority rights for the main challenge round. In the main challenge round, the family with the lowest total completion time will enter round 3.

Logo withdrawal round: The family appearing in this round will have to perform a timed challenge with the time calculated as in the timed round. A family completing the challenge in 1 minute 30 seconds will be able to withdraw all 8 logos and receive the maximum prize of the program. If the challenge cannot be completed within 10 minutes, the family will not be allowed to withdraw more logos.
