Theme for Wellbeing Fair 2023

This year's Wellbeing Fair theme is Well-Cared, Well-Shared, Well-Connected, and Well-Respected.

Well-cared

Well-shared

Well-connected

Well-respected

Caring and Sharing are essential to our wellbeing and the welfare of those around us. Showing mindfulness and empathy to yourself and others, or actively contributing to the betterment of the community through acts of kindness, volunteering, and sharing resources are great ways to keep ourselves well-cared and well-shared.

By fostering these connections, individuals can build a strong sense of belonging and security, thus creating a supportive network that nurtures collaborative wellbeing. While cultivating such an inclusive and harmonious community, everyone's opinions, backgrounds, and values must be respected and valued. Together, these essential elements create a thriving community that prioritises the welfare of its members.

Through Wellbeing Fair 2023, we believe we can create a healthier, more connected RMIT staff and student body by coming together as a community and embracing the culture of care.
