The Foundation Studies class timetable will be available starting on:
- Semester 1-2026: Thursday, 26 February 2026.
- Semester 2-2026: Thursday, 27 August 2026.
You will be added to the class group by your school. Please login to the system to view your class schedules.
The class timetables for The Business School's (TBS) Postgraduate programs in Semester 3, 2026, are now available. Please check your program, courses, class groups, and locations carefully.

Courses with only 1 class group each, commencing on Friday or Saturday, Week 2:

- BUSM2677 - Leading AI and Workforce Transformation - Hanoi campus
- BUSM2687 - Product Innovation and Digital Business Strategy - Hanoi campus
- BUSM4755 - Design Thinking for Business - Hanoi campus
Important for TBS Postgraduate Students:
Standard enrolment deadlines outlined in the annual academic calendar do not apply to TBS Postgraduate intensive courses.
Effective from Semester 3, 2026, new enrolment and timetable selection deadlines have been introduced to help you avoid missing key dates and to ensure a smooth start to your semester.
Please adhere to the following strict deadlines:
Courses with only 1 class group (Commencing Friday or Saturday of Week 1 or Week 2): Course enrolment and timetable selection must be completed by 10am (Vietnam time) on the Friday of the week your class starts:
Week 1 classes: Deadline is Friday, Week 1 (10am).
Week 2 classes: Deadline is Friday, Week 2 (10am).
After the deadline, students will no longer be able to enrol via myRMIT or select a class group on myTimetable. Any students with no class group selection will be dropped from the enrolled course(s).
All remaining courses (More than 1 class group, regardless of commencement date):
Enrolment Deadline (via myRMIT): End of Friday, Week 2 (Vietnam time).
Timetable Selection Deadline (via myTimetable): 10am (Vietnam time) on Monday, Week 3.
After these deadlines, students will no longer be able to enrol via myRMIT or select a class group on myTimetable. Any students with no class group selection will be dropped from the enrolled course(s).
Students who have already selected class groups but wish to adjust the enrolment and/or timetable after these deadlines must contact Student Connect for assistance. Changes can be made up to one day before the relevant class group officially commences.
Course(s) withdrawal:
Students who decide not to take an enrolled course must withdraw before the scheduled class group officially commences.
Withdrawals made after the class has started are subject to the following academic and financial penalties:
- Before or on the first (1st) day of the intensive class: No penalties apply.
- On the second (2nd) day of the intensive class: Students are liable for the full course fee. A 'WDR' (Withdrawn) grade will be recorded on the academic transcript, but this will not be included in GPA calculations.
- After the second (2nd) day of the intensive class: Students are liable for the full course fee. An 'NN' (Fail) grade will be recorded on the academic transcript, which will be included in GPA calculations.
How myTimetable works
Setting up your schedule is a two-step process. Knowing when to act is the key to a stress-free semester.
- Read-only period: Review all available class times and start planning your ideal schedule.
- Class Selection period: Select your specific Class Groups and finalise your timetable.
Step 1: Review and plan your timetable (Read-only period)
During this period, your timetable is in read-only mode. You cannot select your Class Groups yet, but you can review all available options to plan your preferred classes before the Class Selection period opens.
To review your timetable:
- Log in to myTimetable.
- Check your enrolled courses listed in the Action Pane on the right-hand side.
- Click on each Class-type Card (such as a Lecture or a Tutorial) to view the Class Group details.

If any courses are missing or incorrect in your Action Pane, check the Class timetable FAQs or contact Student Connect.
Step 2: Select and manage your Class Groups (Class Selection period)
- During the Class Selection period, you can select your Class Groups and make changes if needed.
- If a class is full, you may be able to join a Waitlist.
