Our services share a simple intake process to ensure you get the right support. Depending on your needs, our team will direct you to the most suitable service. We prioritise your concerns through two levels of urgency: immediate safer community concern and wellbeing-related concern.

      What we offer you

      Personalised support

Meet with us to discuss your needs and create an Equitable Learning Plan (ELP): a plan shared with your teaching staff to help ensure you receive support in assessments and learning activities.

You’ll need to provide medical documentation to register with ELA. Don’t worry if you don’t have it yet, we can help you understand what’s needed and how to get it.

      During your studies

Your ELP is shared with relevant teaching staff to ensure appropriate support in class.

We provide continued support throughout your studies, adjusting your plan as needed.

      Appointment Information

We offer flexible appointments: Sessions are available in person or online and usually take around 45 minutes.

If you are not sure how the booking system works, we have a step-by-step booking guide for a 1:1 consult.
