Defer a payment

RMIT has strict payment and enrolment deadlines. However, we also understand that there may be exceptional cases that make it appropriate for a payment plan to be approved.

Such support is available for continuing students who are suffering unexpected short-term financial hardship.

Payment extension applications must be submitted no later than Payment Date (Friday Week 3).

Section A – Eligibility criteria

  • You have less than ten million VND in unpaid debt from previous semesters
  • You can evidence exceptional circumstances that have affected your ability to pay in the short term.
  • You can evidence the ability to make full payment within no more than 45 days from the Payment Date (Friday week 3 of a semester).
