| Fee Exemptions | Graduates who are recipients of an RMIT Vietnam Opportunity Scholarship or full-time RMIT staff with a direct employment contract with RMIT are exempt from the fee. For full-time RMIT staff only: If you consider yourself eligible, please complete all required information in this FORM by 30 January 2026 for our review, and do not make any payment until you receive further notification from us. The outcome, whether approved or not, will be sent to your RMIT student email by 06 February 2026. |
| Refund Policy | The ceremony fee is non-refundable except in special circumstances. |
| Payment Processing | It may take up to seven (7) working days for your payment to reflect in the school system, depending on the payment method. Retain your receipt as proof of payment. |
