Key dates for students in each program are different. Please select your program and download the academic calendar below. 

At RMIT Vietnam, there are three semesters per academic year for Higher Education students. The following critical dates apply to students enrolled in standard semester-based classes.

Semester 1 2026

  • 27 February: Tuition Fee Invoices for Semester 1, 2026 issued 
  • 2 March: Semester 1, 2026 begins 
  • 13 March: Last date to add classes (courses) 
  • 20 March: Deadline for payment of tuition fees 
  • 27 March: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without penalty fee 
  • 9 April: Graduation ceremony (Hanoi campus) 
  • 13–17 April: Graduation ceremonies (Saigon South campus) 
  • 24 April: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without academic penalty 
  • 18 May: Enrolment of new students for Semester 2, 2026 begins 
  • 12 June: Application Deadline. No applications accepted for Semester 2, 2026 after this date 
  • 15 June: Results released

Semester 2 2026

  • 26 June: Tuition Fee Invoices for Semester 2, 2026 issued 
  • 29 June: Semester 2, 2026 begins 
  • 10 July: Last date to add classes (courses) 
  • 17 July: Deadline for payment of tuition fees 
  • 24 July: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without penalty fee 
  • 21 August: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without academic penalty 
  • 14 September: Enrolment of new students for Semester 3, 2026 begins 
  • 9 October: Application Deadline. No applications accepted for Semester 3, 2026 after this date 
  • 12 October: Results released

Semester 3 2026

  • 23 October: Tuition Fee Invoices for Semester 3, 2026 issued 
  • 26 October: Semester 3, 2026 begins 
  • 6 November: Last date to add classes (courses) 
  • 13 November: Deadline for payment of tuition fees 
  • 20 November: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without penalty fee 
  • 18 December: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without academic penalty 
  • 4 January 2027: Re-enrolment of continuing students for 2027 begins 
  • 11 January 2027: Enrolment of new students for Semester 1, 2027 begins 
  • 5 February 2027: Application Deadline. No applications accepted for Semester 1, 2027 after this date 
  • 15 February 2027: Results released 
  • 19 February 2027: Deadline for timely re-enrolment – last day for continuing students to re-enrol for 2027

The class timetable of the Foundation Studies program in Semester 1, 2026 will be available to view from Thursday, 26 February 2026.

You will be added to the class group by your school. Please login to the system to view your class schedules.

  • 17 July: Semester 1, 2026 ends

Semester 2 2026

  • 4 September: Tuition Fee Invoices for Semester 2, 2026 issued 
  • 7 September: Semester 2, 2026 begins 
  • 18 September: Last date to add classes (courses) 
  • 25 September: Deadline for payment of tuition fees 
  • 2 October: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without penalty fee 
  • 4 January 2027: Re-enrolment of continuing students for 2027 begins 
  • 18 January 2027: Enrolment of new students for Semester 1, 2027 begins 
  • 22 January 2027: Last date to drop classes (courses) or LOA without academic penalty 
  • 22 January 2027: Semester 2, 2026 ends 
  • 4 February 2027: Results released 
  • 5 February 2027: Deadline for timely re-enrolment – last day for continuing students to re-enrol for 2027

The class timetable of The Business School's postgraduate programs in Semester 2 2026 are now available. Please check the programme, module and locations carefully. 

Important for TBS Postgraduate Students: 

Please note that the standard enrolment timelines outlined in the annual academic calendar may not apply to your intensive courses.

TBS Postgraduate students may select and enrol in their chosen course group(s) up until one (01) day prior to the class commencement date

To avoid strict academic and financial penalties, please ensure that any enrolment changes or withdrawals are completed in accordance with the timelines specified below before modifying your enrolment.

Semester 2 2026

The policy for late changes in enrolment in in-person courses: 

  • If a student withdraws up until the first (1st) day of an intensive, no late variation fee will apply.
  • If a student withdraws after the first (1st) day of an intensive, the full course fee remains payable. The course will be marked as WDR (Withdrawal) and will not be counted towards GPA.
  • If a student withdraws after the second (2nd) day of an intensive, the full course fee remains payable and an academic penalty of NN (Fail) will apply. The failing course will be included in student's transcript.
