Paying your fees

Information regarding how to pay for your fees and the methods of payment available.

You can pay your RMIT Vietnam fees using the following methods:

  • Direct deposit in RMIT Vietnam's Vietcombank/ANZ account. 
  • Bank transfer to RMIT Vietnam's Vietcombank/ ANZ account.
  • Online payment. We accept online payments via Vietcombank.
  • Campus cashier: you can pay with Visa or Mastercard. 

Bank cards

Payment using a bank card is accepted at:

  • Vietcombank's Ho Chi Minh Head Office: Corporate banking services Department 2 - Counter No. 7 and No. 8, 1st floor, VBB Tower, 5 Me Linh Square, District 1, Ho Chi Minh city
  • RMIT Campus Cash Counter: Level 1, Building 2, 702 Nguyen Van Linh Blvd., District 7, HCMC  (Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm and 1 to 4pm)

Cash deposit at RMIT Vietnam

The cash counter can support to collect cash for:

  • The first deposit transaction for new students
  • The first tuition fee payment for new students of School of English and University Pathway (SEUP)

Location: Level 1, Building 2, 702 Nguyen Van Linh Blvd., District 7, HCMC

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8am to 12pm and 1 to 4pm.

Cash deposit at Vietcombank

You can make cash deposit at all Vietcombank branches or transaction offices nationwide.

During the trimester tuition collection period, RMIT students will get priority services at the following transaction offices of Vietcombank – Ho Chi Minh City branch. Please inform the bank tellers for instructions.

Cash deposit at Vietcombank

Cash deposit at all Vietcombank branches/transaction offices nationwide.

During the trimester tuition collection period, RMIT students will get priority service at the cash counter of Vietcombank – Ba Dinh Branch. Please inform bank tellers for instructions.

Please provide the following details on Deposit slip or the Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Application

  1. Student name
  2. Student ID (or Birth Date only if Student ID has not been issued)
  3. Details of fees (E.g.: “Tuition fees” or “Accommodation fees”)

For bank cards and cash deposits at RMIT Vietnam:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8am - 12pm and 1 - 4pm.

Cash deposit at Vietcombank

Cash deposit services are available at all VietcomBank branches and transaction offices nationwide. 

Please note that there will be no service fee for cash deposit at the listed Vietcombank-Danang South branches:

  • Danang South Branch Head Office: 537 Tran Hung Dao Street, An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District, Danang.
  • Son Tra Transaction Office: 794-796 Ngo Quyen Street, An Hai Bac Ward, Son Tra District, Danang.
  • Ngu Hanh Son Transaction Office: 153 Ngu Hanh Son Street, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Danang

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 11.30am and 1.30 - 4.30pm

When making bank transfer, please note your transaction with details as follow: 

Student name – Student ID number (otherwise birthdate) – Payment details (like “Tuition Fee Semester 3” or “Accommodation fee”)

Step 1: Go to the Vietcombank website

Step 2: Log in → Payment → Bill payment

Step 3: Select service → Tuition fee → Select service provider → RMIT Vietnam - HCM campus or RMIT Vietnam - Hanoi campus

Step 4: Select fee type from the drop-down list → Fill in the payment amount → Fill in the Customer code (Student ID number or Birth Date only if Student ID is not issued) → Fill in Customer name (Student name) → Confirm

Step 5: Enter verification code → Confirm

Step 6: Enter OTP (Sent via SMS to the phone number registering with the bank)

Step 7: Confirm (successful transactions will be confirmed by SMS and email).
 

Customer details:

  • For Customer code enter the correct Student ID Number with format:
    Sxxxxxxx or Lxxxxxxx (x: number). If you don’t have Student ID Number yet, enter your birthdate with the following format: xxyyzzzz (xx: date; yy: month; zzzz: year).

  • For Customer name: Enter full name of the Student. Don't enter the name of account owner if the account owner is not the student.

Foreign currency transfers from within Vietnam will be converted to Vietnam Dong at the Buying exchange rate.

Foreign currency transfers from outside Vietnam can be made to RMIT Vietnam’s US$ account. Please email the RMIT finance department for the account details.
