About this tile

The Financial Account tile contains the following sections:

You can view your overall current account balance by Semester, including charges (total fees and charges for the Semester), total due (outstanding amount for the Semester) and a credit balance for the amount of money that remains in your account (if applicable).

Note: If you’ve made any recent payments between 18-21 April, these may not yet be reflected in myRMIT as we work to update your account data. These should be correctly displayed in myRMIT over the next couple of days.

  • Fee groups/categories - You will be able to see your Cohort Year / Course List / Term Fees/ Item Types. Please refer to the Student Fees and Charges Guide for further information on your fees and charges
  • Refunds – You will be able to request a refund from the Apply for a Refund form, via the Submit Request tile. You will be able to include uploading any required documents. The form does not allow you to submit an amount greater then the excess cash that is available in your account. You will be able to view and track the approval outcome and progress of our refund.
