Lộ trình Kinh tế Số: Tiềm năng đóng góp của công nghệ số giúp Việt Nam vượt qua “bẫy thu nhập trung bình”

Nghiên cứu này thực hiện một đánh giá toàn diện về bức tranh kinh tế số hiện tại tại Việt Nam, phân tích tác động kinh tế của các công nghệ số đối với tăng trưởng, đồng thời xác định các khung khổ pháp lý và chiến lược huy động nguồn lực cần thiết. Dự án cũng đề xuất các sáng kiến phát triển nguồn nhân lực nhằm thu hút và giữ chân nhân tài. Về tổng thể, nghiên cứu hướng tới cung cấp những gợi ý chính sách hữu ích cho nhà hoạch định chính sách và lãnh đạo doanh nghiệp trong việc tận dụng cơ hội số để thúc đẩy phát triển kinh tế tại Việt Nam.
