What is Sustainability Impact Challenge?

Take the grit. Own the step. Lead the change.

The Sustainability Impact Challenge (SIC) is a flagship program of the Sustainability Alliance Network - a multi-track sustainability talent incubation program designed to cultivate Vietnam’s next generation of sustainability catalysts accelerators.

Through hands-on learning, structured training, mentorship, and multi-track pathways spanning innovation, strategy, and research, we equip students with the sustainable mindset, capabilities, and real-world exposure to think forward, engage with real-world challenges, and co-create meaningful innovation within our community and beyond.

Eligibility and selection

SIC 2026 welcomes undergraduate students from year 2 to final year, with diverse disciplines, aged 18–24, who are currently residing in Vietnam and have a demonstrated interest in sustainability, innovation, or community impact.

Looking back

Last year, RMIT students joined us to crack green business challenges with Bosch, Motul, Panasonic, and Rize. Here are what last year's winning team members have to say:

Innovating for real change at RMIT's Sustainability Impact Challenge

The Sustainability Impact Challenge opened a stage for students, like the winning team HAKTY, to transform classroom knowledge into practical solutions and sharpen their ability to turn ideas into action for more sustainable business.
