What is ergonomics, and why does it matter? It’s more than just sitting up straight—it’s about the daily habits that protect your health, focus, and long-term wellbeing. In this video, discover essential tips for maintaining proper posture while using your phone, setting up a safe desk workspace, and lifting heavy objects correctly without straining your back. Your health and wellbeing matter. Let’s build safer habits together!
