HR Visionaries 2026 is the fourth season of the annual Human Resource Management competition organised by the RMIT Human Development Club (HDC). Designed for students across Southern Vietnam with an interest in Human Resources, the competition provides a platform for participants to apply their academic knowledge, strengthen practical skills, and engage with contemporary HR challenges.
This year's competition centers on Change Management, a topic that has become increasingly important as organizations navigate technological transformation, evolving workforce expectations, and changing business environments. Through the lens of Human Resource Management, participants will explore how organisations can effectively manage transitions and foster trust during periods of change.
Structured across three competitive rounds, HR Visionaries 2026 challenges participants to demonstrate both analytical thinking and practical problem-solving abilities. From testing HR fundamentals and analysing organisational scenarios to presenting strategic recommendations, the competition offers opportunities for students to develop professional competencies while gaining deeper insights into the evolving role of HR in modern organisations.
More than a competition, HR Visionaries 2026 serves as a learning journey for aspiring HR professionals to broaden their perspectives, connect theory with practice, and explore the impact of people-centred strategiesin driving sustainable organisational growth.
Qualified teams will analyse a case scenario and develop HR solutions through an infographic, executive summary, and recorded presentation.
Finalists will present and defend their recommendations before a judging panel, showcasing innovative and practical approaches to organisational change challenges.
RMIT SGS Human Development Club (HDC) was established to leverage Human Resource Management disciplines and 'Spark recognition, appreciation, and development of the human element' in a business context.
