2024 Graduation ceremonies

Session 1: Tran Thanh Lam

Tran Thanh Lam was a RMIT Vietnam scholarship recipient and graduated with Bachelor of Commerce in 2014. He is a Brand Strategist, an industry thought leader, and an entrepreneur with experience at Dentsu, Ogilvy, and MullenLowe Mishra. He was also a Brand Consultant for Curieous, awarded as 2023's Top 20 Innovative EdTech Startups globally and represented Vietnam in prestigious global advertising competitions in 2015 and 2016.

Lam is currently serving as Strategy & Growth Director at DSquare. He co-founded StrategyCoast, providing marketing coaching, and founded Potatoes Club, a think tank with 25,000+ members.

Lam also authored the book "What the Heck is Insight & How to Find It?" and a report on Vietnamese Generation Z, contributing to the marketing industry's knowledge base.

Session 3: Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh

Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh received the RMIT President’s Scholar award for her Bachelor of Business in Information Systems in 2021 and pursued a Master of Global Trade at RMIT with a prestigious RMIT Master Scholarship.

Alongside her studies, she embarked on a diverse career path. She was crowned First Runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2020 and represented Vietnam in the international beauty pageant Miss International in 2022. She also worked as a news reporter for VTV9 and a beauty and lifestyle content creator for Sen Vang, showcasing her skills as a trilingual MC.

Her leadership extends beyond her career; she serves as a Goodwill Ambassador for Vietseeds Foundation and Vice-President of Fountain from the Hearts, advocating for education and charitable events for children.

Session 5: Binh Le

Binh Le holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from RMIT University Vietnam. She is the founder of ASART Deal Advisory in Vietnam and an accomplished advisor in strategy and M&A with over 15 years of experience.

Binh's work emphasises new value creation and sustainable growth for her clients. She has assisted and advised 250+ companies for 120+ projects for clients who come from 15+ countries and 10+ industries with a total value of USD4.5+ billion. She currently works with a capital network of USD10+ billion.

Binh also serves as Vice Chair for ESG Committee, Vice Chair for Capital Market and Financial Services Committee,  a leading role in the Sustainable Finance Sub-committee of AmCham Vietnam and a member of RMIT Alumni Advisory Board.

Session 6: Eric Pham Tuan

Eric Pham Tuan, an RMIT Executive MBA alumnus and visionary entrepreneur, leads Cong Bang Corporation, a pioneering company in sustainable building materials across Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Under his leadership, the company has become a market leader in thermal insulation, emphasising values for customers and communities.

Eric's vision prioritises sustainability, driving innovations that improve indoor air quality, energy efficiency, and reduce carbon emissions, aligning with government Net Zero goals.Over 16 years, his dedication has left a significant impact on various projects and influenced architects, engineers, and investors.

Beyond business, Eric advocates for environmental conservation and inspires eco-conscious leadership in the next generation.
