You can find your student number and password in the email from the RMIT VN to your personal email.

If you are new to RMIT, please visit this link for instructions on how to log in for the first time, create your password and set up your self-service details.

You can access RMIT Student emails through Outlook email.

- Outlook username: RMIT ID@rmit.edu.vn (e.g. s1234567@rmit.edu.vn)
- User password: your RMIT password. (Your Office 365's password will be the same as your RMIT password whenever you change it to a new password)

If you meet the pre-requisites of a course, you can add that course in "Enrol in my program" and drop it in "Drop courses" by yourself via Enrolment tile on myRMIT following the important deadlines of the enrolment semester.

If course(s) are added/ dropped successfully through myRMIT, you can view your updated enrolment in "Enrolment history" in Enrolment tile. A statement of enrolment generated overnight in Academic Records tile will officially confirm your enrolled program and course for the selected semester of the academic year.

If you cannot change your enrolment by yourself, please contact Student Connect via our recommended channel below for further support.
Did you know?
After submitting your enrolment in "Enrol in my program" or dropping a course in "Drop courses" from Enrolment tile on myRMIT, if course(s) are added/ dropped successfully through myRMIT, you can view your updated enrolment in "Enrolment history" in Enrolment tile. 

A Statement of Enrolment generated overnight in Academic Records tile, after you change your enrolment, will officially confirm your enrolled course for the selected semester of the academic year.

If you are considering taking a leave of absence (LoA), you should consult with a Student Advisor from Student Connect before applying. 

Leave of absence application needs to be submitted via myRMIT.

Even if you are on a Leave of Absence, you are still responsible for your enrolment and are encouraged to re-enrol early to secure the courses you want to study for the following semesters and avoid a late penalty fee.

If you wish to cancel your program enrolment, it is your responsibility to inform RMIT before the Census Date of the relevant semester. Census Dates are listed in the Academic Calendar.  

Students considering cancelling their enrolment are advised to consult with Student Connect Student Advisors prior to making formal decisions.
