There are some personal details that you can update yourself (eg. preferred name, address, emergency contacts, privacy contacts). You can update these via myRMIT, under the Personal Details tile.

You may continue to receive Vietnamese address update emails even if your address appears correct. This can happen for several reasons:
Your address may look correct, but it may still be stored in the system using the old structure (e.g., including districts that are no longer used).

You may still be living at the same place, but the ward, district, or province information in your record may not reflect the latest Vietnamese address structure.
You may have reviewed or updated your address but did not complete the final Save/Confirm step.
You are required to review both Home Address and Mailing Address.
If one is still outdated, you may continue to receive reminders.
Notifications are processed in batches. You may still receive an email if your update was made shortly before the notification was sent.
