RMIT Equitable Learning and Accessibility (ELA) is here to help you manage your studies alongside challenging personal circumstances that impact your learning. We provide a confidential space to discuss your situation and arrange the support you need.
We support students navigating a wide range of circumstances, including neurodivergence (such as autism or ADHD), sensory or physical needs (such as hearing, vision or speech difficulties), long-term mental health conditions and ongoing care responsibilities.
We can guide you on the process of obtaining valid documentation for your condition or circumstances. We will then work with you to create an Equitable Learning Plan, which outlines the practical adjustments that will assist you in your courses.
