Lost and found services

Students can use Lost and Found services on RMIT campuses to find lost items or return items that aren’t yours.

Saigon South Campus

Process and timeline:

When visiting the security enquiries counter on campus, please follow the instructions below. 

To find lost items
To return found items

1. Fill in the Lost ticket (a paper form) 

2. Within one hour: receive a confirmation email from Security RUVN (security.ruvn@rmit.edu.vn)  

3. Within three working days: Get a result from the Lost and Found service officers via call or email 

4. If your lost item is found, you can sign off on the Found ticket and collect it back at the security enquiries counter on campus within 60 days from the day of notification. After 60 days, any uncollected item(s) will be disposed of

1. Bring your found items to the counter 

2. Fill in the Found ticket (a paper form) 

3. Receive an acknowledgement email from Security RUVN (security.ruvn@rmit.edu.vn)  

4. If further information is required, the Lost and Found service officers will contact you via email
