You can pay tuition fees by bank transfer or credit card. Visit this link for more details regarding payment methods.
Did you know?
When a number is put in brackets, for example (2,000,000 VND), it means that the amount is in credit or being reversed from an earlier invoice; if your total invoice is in credit, you may be eligible for a refund or re-credit; any amount in credit can be used to offset against future fees.

Friday week 3, which is called the Payment Date. For English programs, the deadline to provide evidence of payment for subsequent English courses is the close of business on Wednesday prior to the beginning of the new course.

Special payment deadlines for:
• Intensive PostGrad: The day before the start date of the course
• Block mode teaching: Friday of the first week of the block mode

You will receive an official tax e-invoice (VAT e-invoice) sent to your student email account at the end of week 6. For English students, the official tax e-invoice will be sent to the student email account at the end of week 3 of each English term.

Annual fee adjustments have been applied in line with the Consumer Price Index and changes in operating costs, enabling RMIT to continue to improve our quality.

Failure to pay all fees and charges by the Payment Date may result in a student being withdrawn from all enrolled courses and placed on administrative Cancellation unless exceptional circumstances apply, and a timely application is lodged and approved.  You will receive an adjustment invoice that reverses course fees. However, accrued dormitory, library, and other fees will not be reversed.

RMIT has strict payment and enrolment deadlines. However, we also understand that exceptional cases may make it appropriate for a payment plan to be approved.

You will receive an official tax e-invoice (VAT e-invoice) sent to your student email account at the end of week 6 of the semester where the payment was made by the Payment Date.

Students must notify the Finance and Accounting Department by the Payment Date if they require the tax e-invoice to be made out to a specific company and tax code.

The official tax e-invoice is not issued for fees that are collected on behalf of third parties such as compulsory national medical insurance (collected on behalf of the Social Insurance Unit of the city where the campus is located).

The deposit of 20 million VND is generally non-refundable and will only be refunded if you are given a conditional offer but fail to meet the conditions of that offer, OR if the University cancels an intake into a program.

Yes. The amount you have will be kept in credit and deducted from future tuition fees.

Scholarship recipients are responsible for maintaining a full-time enrolment equivalent to at least 36 credit points per semester for an undergraduate program; at least 24 credit points per semester for a postgraduate program. Recipients of the RMIT Vietnam Opportunity Scholarship are responsible for maintaining an enrolment equivalent to at least 24 credit points per semester. In special circumstances, recipients may apply for permission to reduce their course load for a specific period.
