Sustainable Voices Platform (SVP)

About Sustainability Week 2025

Big change begins with small sparks. This November, we invite you to ignite yours.

From 3–7 November 2025, RMIT Vietnam proudly presents Sustainability Week 2025 — a week-long celebration of collaboration, innovation, and purposeful action.

As RMIT’s flagship sustainability event, the week brings together students, staff, and partners to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while championing RMIT’s 7Rs Culture: RMIT goes beyond Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repair, and Recycle.

More than an event, Sustainability Week 2025 is a movement — one that reaffirms RMIT’s leadership in shaping a greener, more inclusive future for Vietnam and the region.

About the Sustainable Voices Platform (SVP)

Be the Spark. Lead the Future.

The Sustainable Voices Platform (SVP) is one of the most anticipated highlights of Sustainability Week 2025. It provides an open stage for changemakers to transform ideas into impactful action.

Designed to empower students, staff, and partners, SVP supports initiatives that align with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while nurturing a strong culture of sustainability within and beyond RMIT.

At its core, SVP is about turning sparks of ideas and action into collective impact — inspiring innovation, collaboration, and leadership that reach far beyond campus.

  • Vision: To cultivate a vibrant community of practice where every individual becomes a changemaker, driving innovation and collective impact that advances RMIT’s goal of becoming a regional leader at the forefront of sustainability.
  • Mission: To amplify community-driven sustainability efforts by empowering the RMIT community and partners to co-create initiatives that advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and foster a culture of sustainability. Together, we aim to turn ideas into action, inspire change, and shape a sustainable future within and beyond RMIT.
