Statement from the Vice-Chancellor regarding the Bondi Beach Attack

Our thoughts are with the Jewish community, within RMIT and beyond, and those personally impacted by this tragedy.

You may be aware of the devastating attack at Bondi Beach yesterday. Our thoughts are with the Jewish community, within RMIT and beyond, and those personally impacted by this tragedy. The effect on the broader community is also profound.

At RMIT, we are proud of our multi-cultural and multi-faith community. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all members of our community.

We understand that this will be a difficult time for many in our community, so please be reminded of the range of support services and resources available that you can access, if and when you need them.
