2025 RMIT Vietnam Scholarships

Over 25 years in Vietnam, RMIT University has awarded scholarships to more than 1,840 Vietnamese and international students, exceeding a total value of 566 billion VND. These scholarships span over diverse categories, including full and partial scholarships and those specific to different programs. In 2025, RMIT continues to award high-achieving students with scholarships that have a total value of nearly 53.5 billion VND.

Scholarships applied to programs at RMIT Vietnam

RMIT Vietnam Scholarships officially launched in January 2025 with more than 106 scholarships for Vietnamese and international students:

  • 7 Vice-Chancellor's Scholars (covering 100% of the tuition fee)
  • 22 Academic Achievement Scholarships (covering 25 - 50% of the tuition fee)
  • Scholarships for specific programs (covering 50% of the tuition fee):
    • 11 scholarships from The Business School
    • 8 scholarships from School of Communication & Design
    • 5 scholarships from School of Science, Engineering & Technology
  • And many others to discover

Our programs

* Choose from 9 Majors: Blockchain Enabled Business, Business and Technology, Economics, Finance, Global Business, Innovation and Enterprise, Logistics and Supply Chain, Management and Change, Human Resource Management.

The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at RMIT Vietnam is a four-year program (full-time). It incorporates a bachelor’s degree and additional study to develop your research, analytical and communication skills.

Current scholarship recipients

Phung Hanh Ngan

Studied Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, received Vice-Chancellor's Scholar 2022, and is currently a Fashion (Enterprise) student at RMIT Vietnam. Her key achievement: Founder of many fashion projects of LaMode Fashion Club at Hanoi-Amsterdam High School.

Dinh Truong Bao Tran

Studied Canadian International School, HCM City, received Psychology scholarship and is currently a Psychology student at RMIT Vietnam. She gained GPA: 98/100 at high school, a College of Music degree with Distinction from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music Gold and silver medalist at international music competitions in Singapore and Thailand, in the electone category.

Huynh Duc Thang

Studied Chau Thanh High School, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, received Vice-Chancellor's Scholar 2023 and is currently a Digital Marketing student at RMIT Vietnam. His key achievements: GPA 9.9 in high school, runner-up of Hoa Hoc Tro's Diamond Challenge and a member of the charity fund “Sun in the Box”.

Le Ha Phuong Linh

Studied Chu Van An High School, Hanoi, received Vice-Chancellor's Scholar 2023 and is currently a Professional Communication student at RMIT Vietnam. She was 2nd runner-up of Peaking Point 2023 competition and also Head of Event Committee of Chu Van An High School Youth Union.

Nguyen Dang Duy

Studied Gia Dinh High School, Ho Chi Minh City, received 50% Bachelor of Business Scholarship and is currently a Digital Business student. He was the RMIT student representative to welcome Australian Ambassador to Vietnam - Mr. Andrew Goledzinowski, gained IELTS 8.0 and is a MC for many events of the School of Business at RMIT.
