What do RMIT students say about Foundation Studies?

Le Van Manh - Graduated from RMIT University Foundation Studies in 2023 (Art, Design & Architecture Stream); Former student of Le Quy Don High School

My year in the Foundation Studies program helped me build a solid foundation in Architecture and Art, as well as develop self-research and exploration skills, enabling a smooth transition into university. Since the Architecture program at RMIT Melbourne has very high entry requirements, the Foundation Studies served as the perfect stepping stone for my application to this course.

Nguyen Minh Thu - Graduated from RMIT University Foundation Studies in 2023 (Business Stream); Former student of Tran Phu High School (Hanoi)

After completing the Foundation Studies program, I realised it was the right decision. The Foundation Studies equipped me with many skills, especially how to use Canvas - the learning platform used for studying and teaching at RMIT, how to submit assignments on Turnitin, and how to cite sources correctly at university.

Vo Khang Nam - Graduated from RMIT University Foundation Studies in 2023 (Business Stream); Former student of Nam Saigon High School (Ho Chi Minh City)

I chose the Foundation Studies program because it gave me an early opportunity to experience university life and develop myself further. It also serves as a stepping stone for my future studies at RMIT Melbourne (Australia).

Min Kyung Jae - Graduated from RMIT University Foundation Studies in 2022 (Business stream)

The Foundation Studies program is amazing - I got equipped with foundational knowledge, practiced skills, and had time to adapt to university life and study. If you also need time to slowly adjust like me, trust me, the Foundation Studies program is "true love"!

Gloria Naw Htoo - Graduated from RMIT University Foundation Studies in 2024 (Business stream)

If there was one word to describe the Foundation Studies program at RMIT, it would be "interesting." I get to study basic subjects like Accounting Fundamentals and The Fundamentals of Economics. These subjects can be a bit tough, but they are very interesting. Once I had a strong grasp of foundational knowledge, I was more confident in entering undergraduate programs.
