You can study at an RMIT Melbourne campus for up to a year without increasing your tuition or extending your studies. Please follow the steps below to apply for the Cross-campus program.

A Study Plan serves as a proposal for courses you intend to study on the exchange program to be credited towards your program in RMIT Vietnam.

Note: Grades and credits of your completed courses at RMIT Melbourne will be transferred back to RMIT Vietnam* based on your approved study plan(s).
*The transfer of grades and credits will be subject to the applicable Credit Transfer policy and program structure at the time of results being transferred back to RMIT Vietnam after the exchange program concludes.

Note: All students coming to study at RMIT Melbourne have to meet the Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF) and program structure requirements, which will be assessed by RMT Melbourne.
Your application will be assessed by the Melbourne Schools. Successful applicants will receive an Offer Letter and follow the instructions in the Offer Letter to accept the offer by the set deadline.
Please note that each student may have different scenarios in regards to their application; therefore please treat your offer letter as confidential and not to be shared.
In order to accept the offer, you will need to access your Mobi application and:
Once you have successfully accepted the offer, RMIT Melbourne will create an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) for you. With the eCOE, you can start to apply for a student visa to Australia.
Note:
All international students need to apply for a student visa to study at RMIT Melbourne. You will need the eCOE when lodging your student visa application under the subclass 500.

Students will continue to pay to RMIT Vietnam at Vietnam's rate. Students will make upfront payment before their exchange by the given deadline in the Offer Letter.
Pre-departure Session are facilitated by RMIT staffs, Global Experience Peer Advisors and Global Experience Ambassadors.
The session is a great way to prepare for your global experience – it includes reminder regarding academic matters such as course enrolment, living tips while going abroad to strategies for coping with the initial culture shock or unexpected situations.
