Your voice matters: Help shape your RMIT experience with SES

The Student Experience Survey (SES) is your opportunity to share what is working well and what could be improved across your university experience.

Taking just 10-15 minutes to complete, the survey gives RMIT valuable insights into what matters to students and helps identify opportunities to improve the student experience.

Student feedback goes beyond survey results. Hearing directly from students helps RMIT better understand their experiences and make informed improvements. 

Dr. Jung Woo Han, Interim Deputy Dean, Academic and Quality, shared how student feedback plays an important role in shaping the future RMIT experience. 

“When you first arrived at RMIT, some of the things you valued most, whether orientation, learning resources, support services, or study spaces, were shaped by students who took the time to share their feedback through the Student Experience Survey. Now, it's your opportunity to do the same,” he said.  

Whether you want to highlight a positive experience or suggest what could be better, make your feedback count with the 3Bs: Be constructive, Be professional and Be open. Honest feedback is most useful when it is clear, respectful and constructive.

Complete the SES through your personalised survey link in your inbox with the subject "Student Experience Survey" from surveys@rmit.edu.au. You can also meet our student representative team on campus, complete the survey and receive an RMIT lanyard upon completion.
