Van Ha holds a PhD in Economics from The University of Waikato, New Zealand. She is a lecturer in Economics at RMIT Vietnam. Prior to RMIT, she worked for the University of Waikato as a part-time lecturer for a year and for the Vietnam University of Commerce for over 12 years.
