Dr. Alrence S. Halibas is presently a Senior Lecturer and a former Program Manager in Digital Marketing at The Business School, RMIT University Vietnam. Before joining RMIT in February 2020, she was an Assistant Professor and Program Leader of the Information Systems and Mobile Computing programs at Gulf College, Oman, and the Dean of Computer Studies at La Salle University, Philippines.

Dr. Halibas has served as a technical committee member, presented at several international conferences, and published in SJR and ABDC-indexed journals, including the Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Quality and Quantity, Sustainable Development, International Journal of Education Management, and Interdisciplinary Journal of Information, Knowledge and Management.
