Timothy McBush Hiele obtained his Ph.D. degree in International Management from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. Currently, he serves as a faculty member at the Business School, RMIT University Vietnam in Vietnam. His research focuses on Strategic Information Systems, Management Information Systems, and Electronic Commerce. He has articles that are published in international refereed journals, such as Journal of the Association for Information Systems, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, Journal of Computer Information Systems, and others.
