Thao is a hospitality trainer (CHT) and educator (CHE) certified by the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLEI). In nearly a decade of working in the service industry, Thao held different positions in Saigontourist Group, where she was mainly in charge of devising and implementing strategies of professional development for over 200 middle managers and supervisors within the company’s properties across Vietnam.
