Kieu Anh Tran was born and raised in Saigon. After studying and working in the UK for a significant period, she returned to her hometown to found the eco-fashion brand Dòng Dòng, drawing on her decade of experience in UX design.

With Dòng Dòng, Kieu Anh sought to blend her expertise in British sustainable design and business with the vibrant Vietnamese culture. Now entering its fourth year, Dòng Dòng has established itself as a beloved fashion brand in Vietnam.

Dòng Dòng, pronounced in the Saigon accent, means "to go around," which represents the life cycle of used tarps from old awnings or truck covers, transformed into unique bags on your shoulder. It is a love letter to the city, designed and hand-sewn at a small workshop in Bình Thạnh. Dòng Dòng aims to capture the aesthetics of Sài Gòn and tell a lovely story about the city.
