Abbas holds a Master's degree in Visual Communication Design from the Lebanese University in Beirut and is currently pursuing a PhD in Semiotics, Type, and Design.
He works as an Associate Program Manager and Associate Lecturer at RMIT University Vietnam's School of Communication and Design. Abbas has over 13 years of experience teaching design and more than 20 years of professional experience in the design industry, collaborating with clients from countries including the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, Bahrain, Korea, and Lebanon.
He has expertise in various design fields, including Branding Design, Typography Design, Cross-Cultural Design, Service Design, User Experience Design, and Semiotics Studies. Abbas is also a Google Certified UX Design Professional.
In addition, he is the founder of the Lebanese Korean Design Days, an event that was part of Beirut Design Week and attracted over 27,000 visitors. His design projects span user experience design, user interface design, service design, typography, and branding.
