Oscar Xing Luo is the CTO and Co-founder of Skapa, the AI social tech company, and creator of the social networks Leka and Fika. Born in Sweden to Chinese parents with PhDs and professorships in Quantum Chemistry, Oscar has a unique perspective on product design that marries Western and Eastern design principles.

He has built two social products that have reached over 2 million downloads combined. His experience with AI and machine learning (Master’s degree and time at iFlytek) has allowed him to tackle problems from a deep technical standpoint while still respecting the user’s needs. Today, he is mainly focused on making Leka, the social app for Gen Z, a strong competitor with the giants of the social network industry.
