Becky Lu (Lư Ngọc Phụng) is a British-born Vietnamese Chinese multidisciplinary artist, researcher, and educator currently serving as an Associate Lecturer in the BA Design Studies program at RMIT Vietnam. She specialises in printmaking and illustration, integrating immersive technology and storytelling into her narrative-driven works. As a creative practitioner, Becky has collaborated with a diverse range of artists and designers in Brighton, United Kingdom, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Additionally, she is a co-founder and community manager at the Saigon Creative Club, where she fosters creative engagement. Becky is currently pursuing a Practice-Research PhD in Design at RMIT Australia, with research interests that include the Vietnamese diaspora, multi-world perspectives, cultural heritage, and community engagement, focusing on relationships and interactions within and between creative ecosystems.
