Thierry Nguyen is the CEO of AIOI Studios and the Founder of BadClay Studio in Vietnam. He has been working in the VFX and animation industry for more than 20 years.

His journey began in Paris and London, where he spent the first 10 years honing his skills and knowledge. Throughout his career, Thierry has worked on a wide range of projects, from animated features to Hollywood blockbusters, assuming diverse roles that have provided him with an in-depth understanding of the VFX and animation industry.

In 2012, Thierry returned to his country of origin, Vietnam, and founded BadClay Studio. From 2013 to 2022, BadClay Studio made significant contributions to over 30 Vietnamese movies and participated in numerous international projects. Over time, the studio has established a strong reputation for its expertise in creating digital characters, animals, creatures, invisible VFX, and full CGI animation.

Building on the success of BadClay Studio, Thierry established AIOI Studios in 2022, a subsidiary company with a dedicated focus on Korean projects.
