Dr Ngan Truong holds a Doctorate Degree in Business and Management from RMIT University. From 2020 to 2022, she served as a visiting lecturer at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH). During the same period, Dr Ngan Truong also worked as an associate lecturer at RMIT Vietnam, where she had the pleasure of collaborating with a dynamic team of educators and supporting the growth and development of students.
In 2022, Dr Ngan Truong was honoured to join the esteemed faculty at RMIT as a lecturer, where she continues to learn and grow alongside her colleagues and students. Her research interests include Service Innovation, Service Quality Management, Hospitality Management and Organisational Management, and she is consistently inspired by the opportunity to contribute to her field and make a positive impact on society.
