Tuyen Truong is a lecturer in Food Technology at RMIT since 2018. She received her Ph.D. degree in Food Engineering (2014) from The University of Queensland (UQ), Australia. Tuyen was also a postdoctoral research fellow at the ARC Dairy Innovation Hub for 4 years at UQ where she lectured in food processing technology and food materials science.

Her research interests in food processing technology are in the areas of edible oleogels, dairy products, bioactive peptides, nanoemulsions, food materials science, and emerging food processing technologies.
