Dr. Van Anh is a Lecturer in the Business School (TBS) at RMIT Vietnam. She is also the Interim Associate Program Manager for the Bachelor of Digital Marketing. Her research focuses on omnichannel consumer behaviour, CSR communication, innovation diffusion and technology adoption in digital transforming businesses, and sustainable tourism.
