Dr Nguyen is a lecturer at School of Science, Engineering, and Technology at RMIT Vietnam since 2021. She completed her PhD journey at School of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine at Monash University (Australia) in 2019.

She worked as a lecturer of Psychology at Hue University of Education for 14 years. Her interests of research are School mental health and Positive Psychology.
