Executive Director Operations, RMIT University Strategy and Operation

Olivia has an extensive background in senior leadership and operational roles in health services, government, community services and sport. 

Most recently, she was the CEO for Presbyterian Aged Care in Sydney, Australia, responsible for all company operations and strategy including Residential Care Home, Home Care, Independent Living Units, Finance, IT, People and Culture and leading significant change and development of sustainable service models to older people.  
 
She shares a strong passion for Vietnam having previously spent 12 months in Ho Chi Minh City as Chief Operating Officer and Operations Director for Saigon Heat and Saigon Sports Academy. Olivia and her family are so pleased to be back in-country.
