This Honours year scholarship is open to applicants with a passion for psychology who aspire to develop innovative, practical solutions and create meaningful impact.

The Psychology Scholarship is available to new Honours year students who have achieved outstanding academic performance in their Bachelor of Psychology BP154 at RMIT Vietnam and will be enrolling in the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) BH000 at RMIT Vietnam in Semester 3 2026 (October 2026).

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must

  • Be a citizen of Vietnam
  • Have completed a Bachelor of Psychology BP154 at RMIT Vietnam with a minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 and a minimum average mark of 80/100 in 12 APAC courses
  • You must have graduated from the Bachelor of Psychology BP154 at RMIT Vietnam within two years of the scholarship application deadline. 
  • Have applied for admission to the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) program and meet the program entry requirements (a conditional offer may be considered).
  • Commence study in the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) program in Semester 3 in 2026 (October 2026). 

Selection criteria

Past academic performance will be assessed by the selection committee and ranked according to the eligibility criteria. The top-ranking applicants will be awarded the scholarships. 

Past academic performance is weighted as follows: 50% GPA from BP154 + 50% on the average 12 APAC courses.

Notes

  • Before applying for the scholarship, we recommend applicants to read the scholarship terms and conditions
  • The scholarship application process is highly competitive with a limited number of scholarships available. Unfortunately, not all eligible applicants will receive one
  • Once accepted, this scholarship cannot be transferred to another degree program and campus
  • Subjects assessed as pass/fail will not be included in calculations
  • The scholarship commences from Semester 3 in 2026 (October 2026).
