How to apply - undergraduate scholarships

Applying for scholarships via myRMIT is coming soon. For now, please follow these instructions to make your application.

Step 1: Submit an application to study at RMIT Vietnam

Follow the steps to apply for an undergraduate program of your choice. Please allow up to 10 business days for RMIT to assess and advise the outcome of your admission application.

Step 2: Receive an application ID

You will receive an application ID from your program advisor, who will be assigned to you by RMIT. The process may take 2-3 working days from the time you submit your documents. 

Step 3: Submit an Online Scholarship Application Form

You will need to reference the application ID you received in your application to study at RMIT (Step 2).

Important things to note

Your scholarship application will only be considered eligible when:

  • You have an application ID (of your Application Form to study at RMIT Vietnam)
  • You have submitted your completed academic transcripts of the last three years of high school (including Year 10, 11 and 12 results or equivalent) and English evidence to your Program Advisor (Student Recruitment Office) in Step 1. You are able to provide these documents after submitting your scholarship application, but they must be received before the scholarship application deadline.*
  • You have provided all the scholarship required documents (where applicable) by the scholarship deadline
  • A notarised copy of your Vietnam high school diploma (if applicable) is submitted to the Student Recruitment Office by 18 August 2026.
  • If your current IELTS test results are not valid by the start of Semester 3-2026, please submit your updated IELTS results to your Program Advisor (Student Recruitment) before 03 July 2026.

* Applicants taking the International Baccalaureate in May 2026 may submit the results by 08 July 2026. Applicants taking the A-Level exams in June 2026 may submit the results by 18 August 2026. However, please ensure that the completed transcripts of year 10 & 11 (or equivalent), predicted A-Level results (if applicable), and other required documents (where applicable) have been submitted by the scholarship application deadline.
