Dean of Students

Associate Professor Seng Kiat Kok is the Dean of Students.

Prior to the role, Seng was Deputy Dean Learning and Teaching in The Business School, RMIT Vietnam. 

Seng is an active researcher in the subject areas of public sector management, entrepreneurship, organisational dynamics and tourism, publishing numerous works in highly ranked academic journals and textbooks as well as providing thought leadership pieces in local and international media outlets.

Internationally, Seng has also worked with a number of different academic and professional stakeholders developing academic programs and global mobility at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. He has developed and managed academic programs in the United Kingdom, Malaysia and Sri Lanka, alongside delivering professional lectures and seminars around the world in countries such as Argentina, China, France and Spain.

Recently, he has also helped shape leadership and a growth mindset through facilitating corporate training programs to businesses as well as government bodies in Vietnam, building resilience and better understanding of challenges of digital transformation.
