Before becoming a university lecturer, Nghia worked on control system projects of industrial factories, and energy and environmental projects of NPOs as a technical & communication expert. Her industry experience includes both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in market research, corporate communication, and stakeholder management.
Currently, she has been teaching in the Digital Marketing discipline, specializing in market research, SEO, consumer psychology, and mobile social media. Her research interests include the psychology of social media users and the trend of sustainable consumerism among younger generations.
