Duy Tran Hoang Le is a lecturer at RMIT Vietnam and a PhD candidate at RMIT University in Australia. Duy Le’s research focuses on the link between social factors and psychological outcomes, particularly mental health and well-being. His PhD research focuses on belongingness and its implications for workplace well-being, investigating how feelings of connection influence both organisational and professional outcomes.
In addition to his academic work, Duy Le is passionate about the ethical and evidence-based application of psychological science, especially in Vietnamese and broader Asian contexts. His ongoing interest in digital mental health reflects his dedication to improving access to care, while also considering the unique cross-cultural factors that shape psychological practice in the region.
