About

Born and raised in southern California, Dzuy Anh (Toby) Do is an artist and game developer of Vietnamese descent.  Before joining RMIT Vietnam's games department as an associate lecturer, he was a game design professor at University of California, Irvine.

 

In 2020, he was selected as a Game Devs of Color Expo scholar and his work has been featured on Giant Bomb, Rock Paper Shotgun and more as well as shown at festivals around the world including Independent Games Festival, and Festival de Cannes.


At RMIT, Toby teaches a wide range of classes from code and level design to art and history. 

In his free time, he's working on Loading... a 2D-3D shifting adventure game about his childhood and video game addiction.
