Why Daruma as the theme?

Daruma, the iconic round doll from Japan, symbolises perseverance, good luck and goal-setting.

With its eyes left blank until a wish is fulfilled, the Daruma serves as a reminder to stay determined and hopeful.

In this event, the Daruma becomes our guide, leading you through fun challenges, cultural discoveries and opportunities to earn blessings for your studies and life ahead.

Unlock the blessings of Daruma!

To receive Daruma’s blessing, all participants are invited to take part in a series of thrilling and meaningful games each designed to sharpen your mind, spark curiosity, and prepare you for a successful semester at RMIT Vietnam.

But that’s not all, Daruma rewards effort and perseverance!
Those who fully participate in all stages of the event will earn an exclusive ticket to a secret workshop, where even greater surprises await.

Special gifts, unforgettable experiences, and the chance to craft your own fortune are all part of Daruma’s journey.

So gather your friends, follow the path, and let Daruma guide you towards knowledge, fun, and fortune!
