For all RMIT students and staff (both Saigon South and Hanoi campus).

Come visit our booths from 3 - 9 March 2025 between 10.00am - 4.00pm.

Welcome to Green Library Initiative Contest 2025! We want your ideas for making our library more eco-friendly. Whether it’s about saving energy, using green materials, or getting the community involved.

Challenge details

• Share Your Ideas: Tell us how you would make the library greener.
• Win Prizes: The winner will receive a special prize bundle and a Greenpoint accreditation!

By filling out this form, you agree that we can keep and use your ideas to help our library become more sustainable. We can’t wait to see what you come up with!

Form will close on 13 March, 2025, at 12:00pm.
The winner will be announced on 18 March, 2025.

Rules

• Each challenge participants receives + 2 points
• The Top 10 receive + 5 points, also participate in the training course hosted by the Sustainability team and become Sustainability Ambassadors.
• 1 Winner receives + 10 points & the idea will be considered to be executed in the library.

Submissions must be practical, realistic and valuable

• Relevance: Ideas should be directly related to the topic
• Feasibility: Ensure that the ideas can be realistically implemented with available resources.
• Clarity: Submissions should be clearly written and easy to understand.
• Ethical: Submissions must adhere to ethical standards and not promote harmful practices.
• Sustainability: Consider the long-term sustainability of the ideas.
