RMIT Vietnam Library launches Adobe Express Champions

RMIT Vietnam Library has launched the Adobe Express Champions program, an initiative led and facilitated by a group of talented RMIT Vietnam students.

As part of RMIT University Vietnam’s commitment to become Adobe Creative Campus, the RMIT Vietnam Library has strengthened its role in advancing digital creativity and fluency across the University.

Adobe Express Champions launch week comprised of eight training sessions to more than 100 participants. Four student coaches, called champions, guided attendees through the core features of Adobe Express, demonstrating its practical applications in academic projects.

Participants took part in hands-on tutorials covering image editing, report design, infographics, social media content and short-form video creation. The sessions also introduced key design principles, colour techniques and practical approaches to producing visually engaging materials.

Beyond the workshops, the initiative aims to build a stronger culture of Adobe usage within the RMIT community. Participants were introduced to a range of supporting materials, including quick-reference bookmarks and creative merchandise, designed to encourage continued exploration and everyday use of Adobe Express tools. These efforts contribute to making Adobe resources more accessible, familiar and engaging for students and staff alike.

Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with most participants noting the relevance and adaptability of the training to their learning and teaching needs. The strong engagement marks a promising start for the program.

One remarked: “30 minutes is pretty short for me, I guess 1 hour will be better. I enjoyed the session!”

The Library will continue to expand its Adobe Express support through tailored workshops for groups of five or more, alongside ongoing one-on-one consultation services. Students and staff are encouraged to visit the Beanland Library, register for upcoming sessions or connect with librarians to further enhance their academic work through Adobe Express.
