Alumni have access to both online and offline resources.
Returns can be placed placed in designated library book chutes around campus.
Each item must be returned in good condition by the due date (or date and time). There is a fine of VND 5,000/item per day for late items.
Lost or damaged items should be reported to the library as soon as possible. If your book is lost or damaged, you will be charged for repair or replacement.
There are light damages to the book covers (markings on the inside or outside, or portions ripped off), or to the pages (medium to large creases, tears, stains, writing, or liquid damage)
A replacement fee will be applied to all materials noticeably damaged (broken items or serious scratches) or if the material is unable to be read by devices.
Talk to a staff member at the service desk. We will consider all legitimate concerns about library fines.
