Director of School, School of English & University Pathways (SEUP)

Mr Hossein Davari is the Director of the School of English & University Pathways (SEUP).

Hossein has worked in the universities pathway sector for over 18 years as a teacher, program coordinator and academic manager both in Australia and overseas. 

Hossein has held senior educational leadership roles in Australia in the last 6 years, including the role of Academic Director at ANU College and the Non-Executive Director on the Board of English Australia. 

Prior to joining RMIT Vietnam, Hossein was the Director of Teaching and Learning at Taylors College, the pathway college to the University of Sydney. As the Director of Teaching and Learning, Hossein had overall responsibility for academic quality assurance and the efficient and effective operational leadership of teaching and learning for the University of Sydney Foundation and Higher Achievers programs and Academic English Preparation (AEP) program. 

As the Director of School of English and University Pathways at RMIT Vietnam, Hossein provides strategic leadership of the School for the delivery of English and pathway programs across all RMIT campuses in Vietnam – Saigon South, Hanoi and Danang.

Qualifications: MA (TESOL), BA (Translation), GradDip (Mgt), GradDip (Ed).
